MY PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION

Fitness for me is not just about fitness - it's about lifestyle. Every single day, we have a choice and a new chance. I wanted to transform my own body to show my clients that anything is possible when you really want it. I never sugar coated anything and truly speaking, it wasn't easy because getting rid of bad habits is much harder than building new healthy habits so every day was a battle but once I started to make positive changes, I gained an instant satisfaction and gratitude. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing because I learned so many things about myself and became the best version of myself not only physically but also mentally and spiritually. My true goal is to inspire and coach as many women as possible and guide them through their journey how to overcome those hard moments and become the best version of themselves. I am here for you. Let's get it!.”

Tatiana has had the greatest impact on my journey. I cannot say what one thing she impacted most because she impacted me every day since I met her. What started out as a weight loss goal, turned into losing 50lbs and truly becoming a healthier me.
